Refunds

Refunds are available only if the client cancels before setup work begins.

No Refunds After Work Begins

Once any part of the setup has commenced, no refunds will be issued.

Client Delays

If the client delays the project, we may pause and resume later. This does not entitle the client to a refund.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing.
